UK Delivery

For customers within mainland U.K. we offer a subsidised delivery charge of £65.00

When the order is ready we will contact you to co-ordinate a suitable delivery date. This will normally take 7 to 10 days to achieve . Please note that if there is no-one to take delivery at the arranged date and time, a charge will have to be made for re-delivery.

The subsidised delivery charge is for mainland UK only. For destinations outside of this area please contact us for a dedicated transport + delivery charge.

You may collect your order from our workshop but be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any damage sustained during transit.

Upon delivery you are asked to ensure that all is well with your furniture before signing the drivers note to this effect. If there is any problem we ask that you phone the factory-showroom or, if outside normal hours, detail the complaint on the drivers note. If you feel that it is not a problem that can be rectified in situ then we ask that you return the particular piece which will replaced, free of any charge, at the earliest opportunity.

If, however, you are not pleased with your furniture want to return your order, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, you may return it on the delivery vehicle and you will receive a full re-imbursement.

International Delivery

Price on request - A dedicated transport + delivery quote will be obtained for you using our approved shipping partners.

EU Countries included customs clearance and delivery door to door. Customers outside the EU will be responsible for any local taxes where applicable. All services outside UK are one man curbside delivery only. You will need to arrange assistance for the delivery driver to move into the home. Any extra service such as a second man or package removal is subject to surcharge and must be requested in advance.

Customers are most welcome to arrange collection of their goods direct from our factory. Once the goods leave our premises we can not be held liable for any damage that may occur in transit.


You will have 21 days to live with your furniture and if, within that time, you decide that, for any reason, you want to return it you will have the right to refuse. In which case we will arrange to have it collected within 10 days.

On return to our workshop the furniture will be inspected and, assuming no damage, a full refund will be made less a transport cost of £30 per seat.

We are not able to accept return of any special or bespoke items under the 21 day returns policy.


Your furniture will have a 10 year cover on the hardwood frame and twelve months on defects in the cover.
